Background & Objective

The Hong Kong Food & Beverage Industry Advisory Board is a non-statutory body set up by GS1 Hong Kong in 2018. It entails the vision:

  • Improve the supply chain efficiency for food & beverage industry 
  • Enhancing food safety and services for consume trust 
  • Strengthen business and brand sustainability 
  • Uplift Hong Kong’s positioning in F&B supply chain management (FBSCM) in Asia

 

Board Structure & Members

The Board, comprising of over 15 members from different business specialties in the HK food & beverage industry, holds regular meetings to share views and latest development in the industry. Committees and task forces under the Board may conduct meetings to discuss and execute various projects when necessary.
