Relevant Experience/Knowledge: 

• Over 35 years of experience in System Development and Consultancy, specialising in system design and project management;
   
• Over 25 years of experience in GS1 HK: Responsible for advising local industries on the application of international supply chain management standards and technologies as well as e-commerce infrastructure;
   
• In 2003, KK was elected as the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association, and was invited to be the Advisor of XML CG (XML Coordination Group) of the HKSAR Government
   
• In 2004, he was appointed as the only representative from Asian organisation in the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) of EPCglobal for global standards development;
   
• Since 2011, he has been the visiting lecturer of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in the programme of Innovation and IT for Supply Chan and Strategic Supply Chain Management;
   
• In 2016, he was appointed as the member of Expert Review Panel of The Hong Kong R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies (LSCM R&D Centre).
